EXPO '98 Lisbon
In 1998, the Universal Expo of Lisbon needs 5 documentaries for the Festival “Mondial de l'Image Sous-Marine” to be screened on the monitors during all the international events which will last for 4 months. Together with two BBC and Canal + productions, two documentaries by Andrea Cochetti were selected. The Expo was attended by 11 million visitors

ARD1
In Germany, on ARD1, during Christmas 2000, the broadcasting of "In the Kingdom of the Giant Octopus" received one of the best three audience ratings of the year for that channel

"Le Royaume de la Pieuvre Géante" has been aired four times by France 2

the European Lottery of Unesco
"Jelly-fish Lake" was awarded a prize by the European Lottery of UNESCO in 1999 for the safeguard of the Unesco protected sites, in defense of its artistic and environmental value.

Images from the Sea
At the "Great Award of TV programs dedicated to the Sea", the RAITRE program Geo & Geo participated with only one documentary about the sea, “The Aeolian Islands", which gained 41% of the total preferences and also obtained Best Photography Award

At the Festival of Canzo which deals with all types of films, documentaries and movies, "In the Kingdom of the Giant Octopus" won both the Audience Award and the Critics Award among 209 participants

The documentaries “Shadows under the Sea”, “Merou-Ville”, "In the Kingdom of the Giant Octopus" have been projected in Piazza del Popolo (Rome) during the event "AMOR DI MARE" ("LOVE FOR THE SEA")

Two documentaries directed by Andrea Cochetti have been awarded the first prize at the International Festival of Tourist Film Filmondo for two consecutive years
